Invite viewers who are regularly active in tiktok, followed by a short video of the coronavirus period, and everyone can share how they spent their time during the pandemic and when they hit a low point afterwards, as well as their psychological state at the time. Create an online discussion group to share short videos that you find interesting and talk about how they have changed your mental state. People can share if there are any positive ways they can get through their low times other than using digital media to escape reality.
